Almond smoothie

Ingredients

  • 250 g forest fruit (defrosted if you choose frozen fruit)
  • 500 ml almond milk
  • 50 g raw almonds
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1 tsp liquid honey

Preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in the blender and choose the 'Smoothie' option.

Tip: If you do not like the berry pips or the texture of almonds, you can strain the smoothie first.
