Ingredients
- 250 g forest fruit (defrosted if you choose frozen fruit)
- 500 ml almond milk
- 50 g raw almonds
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1 tsp liquid honey
Preparation
- Put all ingredients in the blender and choose the 'Smoothie' option.
Tip: If you do not like the berry pips or the texture of almonds, you can strain the smoothie first.
